new study proved that waking up early before sunrise prolongs life,
increases the activity of the cells and Improves human’s perceptions and
mental abilities. The scientists say that sleeping six hours at night
from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. is Equivalentto 12 hours of sleeping in the
daylight. Glory to Allah, prophet Mohamed peace be upon him has
commanded us to wake up early to pray Al sobh. Allah pointed to the
importance of night and that it’s a way to ideal and comfortable sleep
and as if it’s like a cover that protects human from physical and
psychological problems. Allah says” And it is
He Who makes the night a covering for you, and the sleep (as) repose,
and makes the day Nushur (i.e. getting up and going about here and there
for daily work, etc. after one's sleep at night or like resurrection
after one's death)”{ALforkan- verse 47}
