Salah (prayer) is considered the most important act of worship in the Islamic Shari`ah. It strengthens our faith in Allah. It formulates the believer’s character and how to live the life of goodness and obedience to Almighty Allah. Each time we offer prayer, we renew our commitments to our Lord and rid ourselves from worldly pleasures five times a day.

In this short inspirational reminder, Sheikh Nouman Khan talks about the relation between the prayer and the appreciation of Almighty Allah. The first step in appreciating Him is offering prayer as it is a clear indication of how much you appreciate Allah. The progression of prayer itself teaches us that we are supposed to evolve and grow in our humility to Allah.
