God be he exalted says:
(And
We send the winds fertilizing (to fill heavily the clouds with water),
then cause the water (rain) to descend from the sky, and We give it to
you to drink, and it is not you who are the owners of its stores [i.e.
to give water to whom you like or to withhold it from whom you like)
[Sûrat A-Hijr, verse: 22]
This
verse indicates to a scientific fact which is related to the
fertilization of clouds by winds till the rain falls, so God be he
exalted tells us about a grace of his graces and a great favor that he
let the winds a means of life continuity, as the winds fertilize these
clouds therefore it is a reason of rains fall.
So
it is impossible for clouds to be formed then it is impossible to rains
to fall except there are air currents which is the winds that push and
gather the molecules of evaporated water, then the winds work as
fertilizers for the clouds and this what Quran mentioned. As God be he
exalted says:
(And We send the winds fertilizing).
So we have to thank God for this grace and we say: All the praises and thanks be to Allâh!
